A week after reaching number two on the Upfront club chart as one-third of Soulshaker, Yorkshire-born singer/songwriter Kelly Mueller tops the chart with her solo single, She Cries. Not to be confused with The Script’s We Cry, which she has recorded for free download from her website, She Cries is actually a pretty piano-based ballad, which has been pumped up for club purposes in mixes by Bassmonkeys, Younique, Timothy Allan, Hi-Jack, Stereojackers and (natch) Soulshaker. Mueller’s song barely beat off a challenge from Sun’s Fancy Free, which it defeated by a margin of less than 1%. In addition to her solo work, and Soulshaking, Mueller’s work as singer, songwriter, producer. mixer and musician have earned her credits on recordings by Keri Hilson, Jennifer Lopez, Ne-Yo, Chaka Khan and Mary J. Blige, to name but a few.
Mueller is prevented from completing an Upfront/Commercial Pop double by Rocket, the introductory single from Goldfrapp’s fifth album, Head First. The ‘frapp track holds an 8% lead, and is their first number one on the chart for more than five years.

“Truly” featuring Maria Ileva - has become a national hit in Bulgaria!! The track toped the charts peaking at number 2 and remained there for two weeks. (14 weeks in charts so far and counting..). The track has also been featured on a Kit-Kat TV Commercial across the whole of Central Europe!
